GLUCONOLACTONE
This is a polyhydroxy acid derived from glucuronic acid.
Hydration: It helps retain moisture in the skin, keeping it hydrated and reducing dryness and flaking.
Antioxidant action: Gluconolactone is also known for its antioxidant properties. It helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals and UV rays, helping to prevent signs of premature aging, such as wrinkles and dark spots.
Gently exfoliates: Gluconolactone acts as an exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. This helps keep the skin smooth, radiant, and free of imperfections.
Sensitive skin: Thanks to its gentler action compared with other exfoliating acids such as glycolic or salicylic acid, gluconolactone is often also suitable for sensitive or easily irritated skin.
AMINO ACID BLEND:
Glycine: It can be used to promote collagen production, thereby helping improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. In addition, glycine has moisturizing properties that can help keep the skin soft and hydrated.
Lysine: Lysine is another essential amino acid that plays an important role in collagen synthesis. It is involved in the formation of cross-links between collagen molecules, which helps make the skin more resilient and less prone to wrinkles and signs of aging. In addition, lysine has antioxidant properties and can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals and UV rays.
Arginine: It can improve blood circulation when applied to the skin. This can lead to increased skin radiance and vitality, as improved circulation can contribute to better delivery of nutrients and oxygen to skin cells.
ASTAXANTHIN
Thanks to its powerful antioxidant activity, astaxanthin can protect the skin against free radicals that develop following exposure to ultraviolet radiation, thereby protecting it from photoaging and its typical manifestations.
Astaxanthin also does not act solely through direct antioxidant activity, but also helps activate the antioxidant defense system naturally present in cells.
Protects DNA and the skin from UV damage;
Promotes the repair of DNA damaged by free radicals;
Reduces the expression of metalloproteinases involved in the degradation of collagen and elastin;
Improves the appearance of wrinkles, reducing their visibility;
Improves skin hydration;
Improves skin elasticity;
Reduces skin blemishes;
Improves skin structure.
FERMENTED RESVERATROL
Resveratrol is a molecule with powerful antioxidant activity, capable of counteracting the effects of free radicals, among the main causes of skin aging. Resveratrol can therefore also help counteract photoaging-related damage, improving the appearance of the skin and making it more radiant and even-toned.
